Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery is:

United Kingdom: 5–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally take longer due to courier delays, customs, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at shopstarloom@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it for you.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. StarLoom is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
